  A gala concert to celebrate a century and a half of music making in Leeds Town Hall. Including the Orchestra of Opera North, conducted by Richard Farnes:

  • Walton: Orb and Sceptre;
  • Barber: Adagio for Strings;
  • Grieg: Piano Concerto (soloist Sunwook Kim, winner of the Leeds International Pianoforte Competition 2006);
  • Walton: Belshazzar's Feast (baritone soloist Robert Hayward; Chorus: Leeds Festival Chorus and Leeds Philharmonic Chorus).
